We compile and summarize the most important facts about each ipo filings and offerings for you in our ipo profiles and reports. For each ipo we track many of the relevant data fields from the filing to offerings stage that investors want to see. And each key data point is tracked in our database as a separate field so we can enable it in our advanced search engine.
