Subscribers: Are you currently writing a check to pay for your subscription each cycle? Simplify the process by submitting a secure change form to give us your credit card information and we'll bill your credit card automatically each cycle. It's that easy!
Our Subscription Policy
Your completion of our subscription form certifies your understanding of the following cancellation policy: you will be billed on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis as you so choose. IPO Data Systems makes a great effort to provide you with quality services and information. If for any reason you choose to cancel your subscription to IPO Data Systems' services, please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

If you are billed on a monthly basis, you must provide us with notice of cancellation at least ten days prior to your billing date or you will automatically be billed for the next month. If your subscription is quarterly or annual, we will be happy to pro-rate a refund based on the number of full months you have left in your subscription. If we may be of assistance to answer any billing or customer service questions please contact us anytime.

Billing Plans

Our service is currently priced and billed as one of three separate plans:

  • Monthly - billed 12 times per year at the rate of $15 per month for a total of $180 per year.
  • Quarterly - billed 4 times per year at the rate of $30 per quarter for a total of $120 per year.
  • Annual - billed once per year at the rate of $100 per year.
Monthly subscriptions are only available if you elect to pay by credit card.

If you elected to pay by credit card your account will automatically each cycle unless you send a cancellation notice to [email protected] at least 10 days prior to your cycle billing date.

Note: Your billing date is the same each month/quarter/year. For instance, if your account is activated on 9/1/98 then you must send in a check by the 1st of each month. A billing letter will be sent to remind you of this payment.
