In no event will IPO Data Systems be liable to the subscriber for any incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages (including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses or damages that result from inconvenience, delay or loss of the use of this service) arising out of or related to this agreement.

6. IPO Data Systems will not be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. The maximum aggregate liability of IPO Data Systems for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement regardless of the form or cause of action, shall be the amount you originally paid to IPO Data Systems for the subscription.

7. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and reasonable use of your logon(s) and password(s). You agree that unless otherwise specified, accounts issued are for the use of the subscribed person only. Sharing, distribution and other dissemination of your account logon and password is strictly prohibited. IPO Data Systems reserves the right to terminate the subscription agreement at any time.
