| The Company competes in the IT market directly with other independent providers of Continuous Information Services, including Gartner Group, META Group, Inc. and Forrester Research Inc., and the internal planning, research and marketing staffs of corporations and IT vendors. The Company also competes with other information providers, including market research firms, 'Big Six' accounting firms, consulting firms and systems integrators. Many of the Company's direct and indirect competitors have substantially greater financial, information gathering and marketing resources than the Company. Some of the Company's direct and indirect competitors also have established research organizations with greater market recognition and experience in the IT industry. |
