Business Description

The company designs, markets and sells a complete line of commercial and industrial workwear including a patented proprietary denim safety work jean and a uniform-style safety work pants. The company recently signed supply agreements that will enable it to offer a complete line of commercial and industrial footwear and workwear to complement its JD Safety Work Jeans and JD Safety Uniform Pants.

Use of Proceeds

To provide working capital for acquisition of raw materials, finance outside manufacturing costs for building up finished goods inventory to satisfy existing order backlog, current demand and expected future order flow, to repay certain accrued expenses, trade payables and promissory notes of the company, to commerce marketing of the company's uniform line, and for general corporate purposes.
