Business Description

The company designs, develops, markets, implements and supports comprehensive banking software, called PROFILE (R), for financial services organizations worldwide. Sanchez's highly flexible PROFILE family of products is comprised of three integrated modules which operate on open, client/server platforms. The primary module, called PROFILE/Anyware, is a multi-currency, financial management and accounting system, and PROFILE/ITS, a system that processes treasury transactions including foreign exchange, money market, securities trading (capital markets), futures, options and trade finance. The PROFILE system is currently licensed to 23 clients in nine countries serving more than 300 financial institutions.

Use of Proceeds

The proceeds from the proposed offering will be used for working capital, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes.
