| Business Description |
| The company was recently formed to build and operate a premier regional craft brewery in the historic, one hundred year old Match Factory building in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. The company intends to purchase and install a premium brewhouse, capable of annually producing initially 30,000 barrels and eventually as much as 100,000 barrels of high-quality lagers. The company intends to develop a premium line of lager beers to be sold under the Bellefonte brand name and other company-owned labels and names. All of the company's beers will be brewed utilizing the natural spring water from the Bellefonte Big Spring in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. In addition, the company's equipment will enable it to produce certain soft drinks, hard ciders and draft ciders. |
