| The Company designs, develops, markets and supports CMS, a client server product data management software solution that facilitates the management of product information and work processes. CMS is used by the Company's customers to enhance management of the product lifecycle by improving product design and development processes, shortening time-to-market and providing more accurate and timely feedback. The CMS product family ensures the capture, integrity and efficient, controlled distribution of critical product and process information. CMS manages any type of electronic data, including CAD models, bills of material and word processing, spreadsheet, voice, video and multimedia files. The CMS family of products is designed as a packaged solution for "out-of-the-box" implementation, ease of use and enterprise scalability. The company markets its products and services primarily through its own direct sales force and through VARs and OEM partners to address selected vertical markets or geographic regions. |
