| Business Description |
| The company develops and markets a proprietary telephone management system for small-to-medium businesses. Since 1992, the company's primary development goal has been to integrate its telephone management features with a modern PC-based computer platform in order to offer a dual-function product providing both telephone system management as well as office automation features based on computer applications. The company believes that its product, to be marketed under the tradename "Magic", will assist small-to-medium sized businesses significantly to bridge the technology resource gap separating them from larger competitors. The company believes that its PC-based Magic system is especially well positioned to take advantage of the growing computer telephony market, since its modular, dual-function design provides its users both with a comprehensive telephone management system and with a modern computer system providing for many office automation products like E-mail, word processing, 3-way conferencing, speech recognition, premise security, voice mail, Internet capability, LAN and other standard hardware and software peripherals and add-ons. |
