The company is a leading provider of litigation support services including visual communications, engineering services and trial consulting that assist attorneys and corporations in developing their trial themes and strategies. The company also assessing the strength of their cases, and creating state-of-the-art courtroom presentations. The company has developed innovative applications for advanced technologies in the courtroom, such as computer animation and simulation, which greatly enhance presentations and expert testimony on complex subjects such as airplane crashes, financial disputes and physical phenomena. the company believes that increases in the volume, risk, complexity and cost of litigation have driven the need for litigation support services that utilize advanced technologies to provide competitive advantages in the courtroom on a cost-effective basis. The company's visual communications services enable attorneys to utilize illustrative poster boards known as court boards and videos to present issues in an accurate, concise and powerful manner during trial. Through computer generated 3D animation, the company illustrates dynamic events that cannot be effectively portrayed in a static presentation. The company has participated in many high profile trials, including the Northwest Airlines DC-9 crash in Detroit, the Dupont Plaza Hotel fire in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Hunt brothers silver market case, the Amtrak Sunset Limited derailment and the O.J. Simpson trial.

Use of Proceeds
The proceeds from the offering will be used to repay debt, purchase capital equipment, repurchase common shares under the terms of pre-existing agreements and for general corporate purposes including possible acquisitions.
