Business Description
The company manufactures and distributes ballistic protective equipment, including equipment commonly referred as to as body armor or ballistic protective vests. This equipment is marketed to municipal, state, federal and foreign law enforcement agencies, private security entities, United States and allied military organizations, and private individuals with legitimate security needs. The company's product lines include four basic types of ballistic protective vests ballistic protective shields, K-9 ballistic protective vests, aircraft ballistic protective equipment, and assorted other ballistic protective devices such as ballistic protective blankets and seat cover liners. The company's four main product lines of ballistic guidelines established by the National Institute of Justice. The company's life-saving products are manufactured primarily of Spectra woven ballistic fabric and Spectra Shield, a non-woven composite ballistic material.

Use of Proceeds
The proceeds from the proposed offering will be used for the purchase of new manufacturing equipment, the hiring of additional sales personnel, research and development of new products, the purchase of raw materials and inventory, the acquisition of a manufacturing site and to working capital.
