| Business Description |
| The company is engaged in the design and development of interactive slot machines for use in casinos and other gaming establishments. The Company's product combines and advanced multimedia gaming platform with software-based games that the Company believes will be more engaging and entertaining than other gaming devices currently available and will, as a result, generate increased gaming revenues per device for the casino operator. The Company has manufactured several fully functioning prototypes and has applied for licensing in Nevada and other jurisdictions, and, if approved, expects to be able to ship its first product for commercial trial in late 1996. As of May 29,1996, the Company had received non binding commitments to install and evaluate its gaming platform from Bally's Las Vegas, Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, Circus Hotel & Casino, Excalibur Hotel Casino, the Flamingo Hilton, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Luxor Hotel & Casino, MGM Grand Hotel/Casino, New York-New York Hotel/Casino and two properties within the ITT/Caesars World group of companies. |
