| Business Description |
| The company develops, manufactures and markets high performance alloys primarily for use in the aerospace and chemical processing industries. Current customers include General Electric Co., Pratt & Whitney and E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. The Company's products are high temperature alloys (HTA) and corrosion resistant alloys (CRA). The Company's HTA products are used by manufacturers of equipment that is subjected to extremely high temperatures, such as jet engines for the aerospace industry, gas turbine engines used for power generation, and waste incineration and industrial heating equipment. The Company's CRA products are used in applications that require resistance to extreme corrosion, such as chemical processing, power plant emissions control and hazardous waste treatment. The Company is one of the three leading worldwide producers of high performance alloy products in sheet, coil and plate forms. |
