| Business Description |
| National Nutrients, Inc., the management, marketing and research company for the Devil's Gate mining claims was started in October 1981. The purpose was to take advantage a unique supply of micronutrients located in their natural state at a minimum cost. After years of testing on the material, it was determined that there was a viable use and commercially attractive potential for odor control (in all industrial, agricultural, farming/ranging and household venues); as well as in the lawn and garden, industrial, agricultural, cosmetic, medical, and household areas. The company has recently reorganized in several key divisions: 1) production, ii) administrative, iii) marketing, iv) research and development. |

| The proceeds from the proposed offering will be used to mine, produce, package and market the company's 680 acre, 5 million ton reserve of the micronutrient/trace minerals from the company's Devil's Gate Mining deposits. |
