| The company develops and researches materials for optical discs. The company owns four compact disc product facilities. The company manufactures the Docserver which allows the integration of document production with computer networks, telephones & faxes The company also provides industrial automation software design and consulting services and designs and builds production and related activities, the company provides CD manufacturing, packaging, design and other value-added services principally to independent record companies and independent record labels and specialized software developers and digital information suppliers who do not have their own CD manufacturing facilities. The company's ability to provide the full range of high quality CD production and related value-added services on a rapid basis permits its customers to satisfy shifting consumer demands for their products. The Disc Group's four manufacturing facilities are located in its principal geographic markets and have an aggregate average daily production capacity of approximately 290,000 saleable discs. |
