| The company believes that it is a technology leader, combining proprietary software and advanced electronics, in the development and production of universal , fully-digital motion control products. Motion control products provide automated systems with the ability to move accurately, quickly, and in accordance with the needs of a specific application. The company's customer base includes (I) leading international original equipment manufacturers, such as General Electric Medical Systems, a producer of medical scanners; Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc., a producer of semi-conductor manufacturing equipment; and Orbotech Ltd. And Orbot Instruments Ltd., two leading producers of automatic optical inspection systems for the electronics industry; (ii) private label manufacturers, Anorad Corporation, a producer of sophisticated high-accuracy positioning system, and Warner Electrics Europe, a producer of electromechanical products for various industries and a subsidiary of Dana Corporation; and (iii) a network of distributors in Europe, Israel and Asia. |
