| The company is a leading national provider of a broad range of management and consulting services for employers seeking to create a "family friendly" work environment by providing their employees with a workplace family support programs. These programs include child care, education, etc. The company manages corporate-sponsored Family Centers, built and equipped by an employer at or near its offices, providing high quality services such as early childhood education, child care, back-up child care, kindergartens, get-well care, summer camps, and parent support services. The company currently manages 87 Family Centers for 65 corporate clients in 27 states and has 17 centers under development, including centers for nine new corporate clients. Eleven of the company's corporate clients operate multiple Family Centers. In addition, the company provides work/life consulting services to help employers realize the benefits of work and family programs and policies and to align work/life concerns of working families with business strategies of employers. |
