| The Company's investment strategy will be to maximize its net income by investing in a diversified portfolio of Mortgage Loans, MBS and other real estate related assets. In creating and managing its investment portfolio, the Company will utilize the Manager's expertise and significant business relationships of the Manager with its Affiliates, as well as unrelated participants in the real estate industry.
