| The market for security monitoring, detection and response products and services is intensely competitive and the Company expects competition to increase further in the future. There can be no assurance that the Company can maintain its competitive position against current and potential competitors, especially those with significantly greater financial, marketing, service, support, technical and other competitive resources. The Company's principal competitors generally fall within one of three categories: internal IT departments or consulting firms that assist such departments, relatively smaller software companies that offer applications with limited scope and larger software companies that are either in the process of entering the Company's market or have the potential to develop products to compete with the Company's products. |
